Our team
Lynnea Palazzolo, LMFT
Welcome! Since 2013, I have been working with adults, children, and families of many different ages and backgrounds facing a variety of issues to help them heal, grow, and achieve their goals successfully. I believe that everyone is the utmost expert on themselves, so I am here to help you develop and use that expertise to reach your goals. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that I use many different techniques to create an individualized process because everyone is unique and one size does not fit all when it comes to growth and healing.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Whittier College and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2020 and have experience working in many settings, including non-profits, hospitals, and schools.
If you are ready to start your journey and would like me to walk alongside you, your child, your partner, or family to help get to your destination and overcome any obstacles along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out for a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
Areas of Focus: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, ADHD, ASD, parent coaching, and family therapy

As a faith-based counselor, the goal is to ensure you are SEEN, especially when life’s toughest challenges leave you feeling lost, numb, and overwhelmed. Even with your best efforts, internal and external obstacles may make balance seem out of reach.
In this safe, judgment-free space, the aim is to guide you toward healing and growth. My approach is all about offering you the truth you need, even when it's tough to hear. Together, the journey will involve identifying roadblocks and creating practical strategies to achieve your goals. This method blends research-based practices with psychological insights, drawing on psychodynamics, solution-focused techniques, trauma research, emotionally-focused therapy, developmental neuroscience, and multicultural thinking, tailored to your unique needs. A commitment to avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach is central to this process. For those who value a direct approach and want to dive deep to understand your “why” in life, support is here.

In today’s increasing isolated and rapidly changing world, hope can seem hard to come by. Perhaps you are feeling weighed down by grief, questioning the beliefs you once held, or experiencing deep frustration in your relationships. Do you find yourself longing for a greater sense of physical, mental, emotional, and relational well-being? Hope is not out of reach! The research is clear: In a safe therapeutic space where your story is heard and your pain is honored, positive life outcomes are inevitable. And like plants in good soil reaching toward the sun, the human spirit flourishes in authentic therapeutic relationship.
I offer a safe, trauma informed, non-judgmental, and culturally humble space where clients can bring all parts of themselves. My therapeutic style is integrative, weaving together psychodynamic depth work, evidence-based approaches, and meaning-centered exploration.
Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. No matter what you’re carrying—there is acceptance here for you. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting or “fixing” everything; it means discovering more adaptive ways to live. Let’s collaborate in creating a therapy best suited to your unique needs and realize your healing together.
Areas of Focus: grief counseling, religious deconstruction, and generational trauma
